What if you went all in?

I am back in the US right now, taking full advantage of working and traveling while the weathers beautiful. This summer has been one to remember. Full of travel, meeting amazing new people and going all in with my coaching business. I've been thinking a lot lately about how different my life is from even two years ago. I've changed jobs, became a Certified Nutritionist, started my own business and spent a ridiculous amount of time on my own self development (coaches, programs, events, all worth it!)

Since starting my coaching business I have talked to so many women that have a desire to break out of the corporate world and start their own business or change jobs. They don't because the timing isn't right, they're scared they will fail, that people won't believe in them, they don't know the exact steps to take, the list could go on. ALL OF IT comes back to fear. What I always share with them is those fears are never going to go away, either choose to listen to them or stop letting them run the show.

What would your life look like if you shut out the outside noise, listened to yourself for once, and actually went for something full on?

A dream, a desire, a goal.. you have everything within you right now to go for it. Your life, your time is precious, to wait any longer could be too late.

What if you took back the control, you jumped towards something magical, something that you've been dreaming about. A change in careers, starting your own business, traveling abroad. You have all you need within you to make a change right now.  The more you try and figure everything out or need all the answers before you take the first step, the more you weigh yourself down with excuses.

Set yourself free by taking steps that feel right and trusting. Trust that the right path will appear, regardless if you can see it or not.

The more I've tuned into what decisions felt right, opposed to what I "should do" the more I was able to start creating a life on my terms and empowering others to do the same.

I believe deep down we all know what we want, however most choose to play it safe and wait.

At the end of the day this is your life, ask yourself what do you really want your life to look like, are you living it? If you dropped all your excuses, where would you be right now? How would your life be different?

I dare you to take a step towards something that scares you because thats the only way you will get to the good stuff!
